M Card Wallet 隐私政策

感谢你使用 M Card Wallet（以下简称「本 App」）。我们高度重视你的隐私。本政策说明本 App 如何处理你的信息。核心原则：本 App 不收集、不上传、不出售你的任何个人数据；你的数据只保存在你自己的设备和你自己的 iCloud 账户中。

1. 我们收集的信息

我们（开发者）不收集任何数据。本 App 没有自己的服务器，也没有接入任何第三方分析、广告或追踪 SDK。你录入的所有内容仅保存在本地与你的 iCloud。

2. 数据如何存储与同步

• 你添加的会员卡信息（品牌名、卡号、会员码、积分/余额、等级、到期日、标签、自定义卡面图、绑定的地点等）保存在你设备的本地数据库中。
• 若你登录了 iCloud，这些数据会通过 Apple 的 CloudKit 私有数据库在你自己的设备间自动同步。该数据存于你的私人 iCloud 空间，受 Apple 隐私政策 管辖，开发者无法访问。

3. 权限说明

• 相机：仅用于扫描会员卡的条形码 / 二维码以快速添加卡片。图像在设备本地处理，不会被保存或上传。
• 照片：当你从相册选图识别条码或设置卡面 Logo 时使用。图片在设备本地处理，不会被上传。
• 定位：用于在你到达已绑定的常用门店附近时，把对应会员卡推到前面方便出示。位置信息仅在设备本地使用，不会被收集或上传。若你开启「到店提醒」，会请求「始终允许」以在后台通过地理围栏提醒你，相关处理同样在设备本地完成。
• 通知：仅用于发送本地的「到店提醒」，不涉及来自开发者服务器的推送。

以上权限均可在系统「设置」中随时关闭，不影响 App 的基本使用。

4. 数据分享

本 App 不会与任何第三方分享你的数据，因为我们根本不持有你的数据。

5. 数据删除

你可以随时在 App 内删除任意会员卡（删除会同步到你的 iCloud）。卸载 App 会移除本地数据；如需清除 iCloud 中的同步数据，可在系统「设置 → 你的姓名 → iCloud」中管理。

6. 儿童隐私

本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

7. 政策变更

如本政策有更新，我们会在此页面发布修订后的版本并更新「最后更新」日期。

M Card Wallet Privacy Policy

Thank you for using M Card Wallet (the “App”). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how the App handles your information. Core principle: the App does not collect, upload, or sell any of your personal data. Your data stays only on your own device and in your own iCloud account.

1. Information We Collect

We (the developer) collect no data. The App has no servers of its own and integrates no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Everything you enter is stored only locally and in your iCloud.

2. Storage & Sync

• The membership card information you add (brand name, card number, member code, points/balance, tier, expiry date, tags, custom card art, bound locations, etc.) is stored in a local database on your device.
• If you are signed in to iCloud, this data syncs automatically between your own devices via Apple’s CloudKit private database. It resides in your private iCloud storage, is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy, and is not accessible to the developer.

3. Permissions

• Camera: used only to scan a card’s barcode / QR code to add it quickly. Images are processed on-device and are never stored or uploaded.
• Photos: used when you pick an image to detect a barcode or set a card logo. Processed on-device; never uploaded.
• Location: used to bring the relevant membership card to the front when you are near a saved store. Location is used only on-device and is never collected or uploaded. If you enable “Arrival Reminders,” the “Always” permission is requested so a background geofence can remind you; this too is handled entirely on-device.
• Notifications: used only to deliver local “arrival reminders.” No push originates from the developer’s servers.

All permissions can be turned off at any time in the system Settings without affecting basic use of the App.

4. Data Sharing

The App does not share your data with any third party, because we do not hold your data in the first place.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete any card in the App at any time (deletions sync to your iCloud). Uninstalling the App removes local data; to clear synced data from iCloud, manage it in system Settings → your name → iCloud.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
